Alianza

Alianza customers can create a Revmo account in one step using their existing Alianza login, then bind any Alianza phone number to a Revmo agent so calls to that number are answered by your virtual agent.

Overview

The Alianza integration covers two flows:

  1. Sign up with Alianza — A public page that creates your Revmo account using the email on your Alianza profile. No password to invent; we email you a link to set one.
  2. Connect a phone number — After you log in, pick any Alianza phone number you own and route it to the Revmo agent of your choice.

Both flows are tied to the same OAuth connection, so once you've signed up, you don't have to re-authenticate to manage numbers.

Prerequisites

  • An Alianza login with at least one phone number you own.
  • The Alianza account must have a verified email address.

Sign up with Alianza

Use this if you don't have a Revmo account yet.

  1. Open app.revmo.ai/integrations/signup_alianza/.
  2. Click Start by logging into Alianza.
  3. Sign in on the Alianza login screen and approve the consent prompt.
  4. You'll land on a confirmation page showing the email Alianza returned for you. Click Create my account.
  5. Check your inbox for an email titled "Welcome to Revmo" (or similar from your white-label provider). The link will set your password and log you in.
  6. After setting your password you're dropped on your Revmo account dashboard — your Alianza connection is already in place, no second OAuth round trip required.

If an account already exists for the email Alianza returned, the confirmation page will say so and point you to the regular Log in page instead of creating a duplicate.

Why an email confirmation?

We mint your Revmo password via the email-link flow rather than asking you to choose one on the signup page. That way the only credentials Revmo ever sees are the ones you reach via your own inbox, and you can also use the same link if you ever forget your password later.

Connect a phone number

Use this once you're logged in (whether you signed up via Alianza or some other way).

  1. Go to agent.revmo.ai/integrations/?provider=alianza.
  2. Enter the Alianza phone number you want to route to Revmo (E.164 format, e.g. +15558675309).
  3. Click Check eligibility. Revmo asks Alianza whether your account can manage this number; the answer comes back in a few seconds.
  4. If eligible, click Connect Alianza to start the OAuth handshake. (Skipped automatically if you've already connected during signup.)
  5. From the dropdown, choose the Revmo agent that should answer this number.
  6. Click Activate. Revmo creates the Alianza experience connection and assignment and your virtual agent starts answering inbound calls to this number.

You can repeat steps 2–6 for as many phone numbers as you own. Each number can route to a different agent.

Changing or removing a routing

  • Switch agents: open the number's card on the configure page, pick a new agent, click Activate again.
  • Pause without losing the link: click Deactivate. The number stays connected on the Alianza side but Revmo will not pick up calls until you reactivate it.
  • Remove entirely: click Remove. Revmo deletes the experience assignment and connection in Alianza, and forgets the routing locally.

Troubleshooting

"Your Alianza email isn't verified yet."

Revmo only creates accounts for verified Alianza identities. Sign in to Alianza, verify your email there, then try the Revmo signup page again.

"An account already exists for this email."

Someone (possibly you, on another day) already signed up to Revmo with that address. Use the Log in link on the confirmation page. If you've lost the password, the standard Forgot password flow on the login page will send you a reset link.

"Alianza OAuth session is missing or expired; please reconnect."

Your Alianza access token has expired and we couldn't refresh it automatically. Go to the Alianza integration page and click Connect Alianza again. This is rare — Revmo refreshes tokens proactively — but can happen if Alianza invalidates a session (e.g. you changed your Alianza password).

A phone number says "Already connected to Alianza by someone else."

Alianza considers your number bound to a different external app and won't let Revmo claim it. Contact your Alianza account team to remove the orphaned binding, then retry Activate.
