Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  1. Admin access to your Salesforce org
  2. A Revmo account with API access

Installation Steps

1. Package Installation

Install the Revmo Salesforce Integration package:

  1. Click Install Link
  2. Follow the installation wizard
  3. Complete the package installation

2. Remote Site Configuration

Set up Remote Site Settings for API access:

  1. In Salesforce Setup, navigate to Security > Remote Site Settings
  2. Click "New Remote Site"
  3. Configure the following:
  4. Save your settings

3. Revmo Authorization

Connect your Salesforce org with Revmo:

  1. Go to https://agent.revmo.ai/integrations
  2. Log in with your Revmo credentials
  3. Follow the authorization process
  4. Save any provided API credentials

4. Flow Configuration

Set up automated triggers:

  1. In Salesforce Setup, go to Process Automation > Flows
  2. Create a new Record-Triggered Flow
  3. Configure the flow to trigger for Lead record updates
  4. Add the "Schedule Revmo Call" action element
  5. Configure the Action inputs
    • agentId: Your Revmo Agent ID (you can store this in a custom field or use a constant)
    • leadId: {!$Record.Id}
    • agentTrigger (optional): Any field or condition that should trigger different agent behaviors
    • additionalProperties (optional): Comma-separated list of additional Lead fields to include
