Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- Admin access to your Salesforce org
- A Revmo account with API access
Installation Steps
1. Package Installation
Install the Revmo Salesforce Integration package:
- Click Install Link
- Follow the installation wizard
- Complete the package installation
2. Remote Site Configuration
Set up Remote Site Settings for API access:
- In Salesforce Setup, navigate to Security > Remote Site Settings
- Click "New Remote Site"
- Configure the following:
- Remote Site Name: "RevmoAPI"
- Remote Site URL: "https://app.revmo.ai"
- Check "Active"
- Save your settings
3. Revmo Authorization
Connect your Salesforce org with Revmo:
- Go to https://agent.revmo.ai/integrations
- Log in with your Revmo credentials
- Follow the authorization process
- Save any provided API credentials
4. Flow Configuration
Set up automated triggers:
- In Salesforce Setup, go to Process Automation > Flows
- Create a new Record-Triggered Flow
- Configure the flow to trigger for Lead record updates
- Add the "Schedule Revmo Call" action element
- Configure the Action inputs
- agentId: Your Revmo Agent ID (you can store this in a custom field or use a constant)
- leadId: {!$Record.Id}
- agentTrigger (optional): Any field or condition that should trigger different agent behaviors
- additionalProperties (optional): Comma-separated list of additional Lead fields to include
