8x8 offers flexible call forwarding options to ensure you never miss an important call. You can set up call forwarding through their online portal or the 8x8 Work app.

Setting Up Call Forwarding with 8x8

  1. Via Online Account:

    • Log in to your 8x8 Admin Console.
    • Navigate to Users and select the user you wish to configure.
    • Go to Call Forwarding settings.
    • Add the number you want to forward calls to and configure your preferences.
    • Save your changes.
  2. Via 8x8 Work App:

    • Open the 8x8 Work app on your device.
    • Go to Settings > Call Forwarding.
    • Enable call forwarding and enter the forwarding number.
    • Choose when to forward calls (Always, When Busy, When Unanswered).
